With our May 27th release, users now have the ability to search timeline notes. This is a great way to help track down the important information that you may need to find, without having to scroll through every note on a customer's records. Use the steps below to learn how to navigate and search the timeline.
Searching the Timeline
1. Start by opening the desired record you want to search. This could be the customer or work order page.
2. On the Overview tab, click the Search icon at the top of the Timeline. This is displayed with a magnifying glass.
3. Next, enter the word or phrase you wish to search and hit enter on your keyboard.
The timeline will return associated results based on the information typed into the search field. Repeat these steps for any additional notes you'd like to search in the timeline.
