Customized Views Section to Report Navigation (Premier Feature)

For members upgraded to FieldEdge Premier, it's now easier to find all of your customized reports as they are consolidated into one section in the report navigation screen. Quickly jump into any of these reports, or delete them if you've reached the limit (you'll receive a popup to alert you!) and need to save others.

Mobile Reminders (Premier Feature Enhancement)

Updated Reminders allow technicians to complete or delete reminders. They can also assign these reminders to other users, not just themselves.

Mobile Support

Mobile users now have an easy way to connect with the Support team! Find the new "Support” option under the mobile hamburger menu, which can be used if a technician experiences any concerns on the FieldEdge mobile app.

Completed Work Orders Will Show Work Summary

You can now view the Work Summary for Completed Work Orders on a customer's history.

Updated Verbiage on Bill from Office

When a customer is set to "Bill from Office", you'll see an updated option from the mobile app, clarifying for the technician that they will be sending the Work Acceptance template.

Mobile Updates
