New Work Summary
The new Work Summary field makes it easier than ever to share important notes about the work you completed, separate from the itemized invoice.
This new Work Summary field can be found in two places - on the new Overview tab of the work order (previously called Timeline), and also on the new side panel Work Order card.
The timeline will show who added or changed the summary, but you won't see the edits listed there. If the Work Summary is deleted, you'll see the first 100 characters on the timeline with a note that it's been removed.

To make this Work Summary field customer-facing, you'll need to pull this field into each of your layout templates.

This will soon be available for your techs to use on mobile in an upcoming release.
Mobile Updates
All mobile updates are expected to be released the week of September 13th. Watch out for our update in the app store to ensure you receive these improvements
