User Management
We know you take great care in ensuring all employees are set up with proper licenses, permissions, and user settings, but it could be a little tedious and time-consuming to make multiple changes at once. In this release, users with an Administrator profile will be able to manage certain User Licenses and Employee settings by accessing the new quick actions menu within the Employee list.
Manage User Licenses
Add new Users by clicking on “Manage User Licenses” from the Employee Page. Edit the Display Name, Profile, Mobile Access Level, Email, and Password for any active employee on the same popup! We’ve also added the ability to view already existing passwords.
Edit Employee Settings and Permissions
Users can easily edit settings and permissions for Profiles and Mobile Access users by clicking on “Bulk Edit” on the Employee Page.
Sales Representative Update
We've made a few design changes to the Work Order screen in order to accommodate some upcoming feature enhancements. The “Sales Representative” field has been moved to the upper portion of the Work Order. The functionality remains the same, but now you can more quickly see the Work Order's Sales Rep without needing to click into the Invoice or Quote tab. Also, the "Back to List", "Save" and "Cancel" buttons have been updated to match our new styling.
More Dropdown Space
We increased the number of characters shown in some table dropdowns, making it easier to find the result you're looking for. This change has been made to a few different tables, but the "Search Item" dropdown is where you'll notice the biggest difference.
Mobile Updates
All mobile updates are expected to be released the week of July 19th. Watch out for our update in the app store to ensure you receive these improvements.
