Agreement Invoice Update
Updated the design for Agreement Invoices. With this new design, you can more easily distinguish between an invoice that has been paid and one that is outstanding with an incomplete payment. All incomplete payments will be listed as "Incomplete" so you can clearly see that the payment is not complete and further action is still required.
If a payment is marked as "incomplete" for more than 24 hours, we'll assume the payment process has been abandoned, at which point, the incomplete payment flag will be removed, and any generated work orders and invoices will be canceled. The agreement occurrence will also be moved back to its previous state as past due to help keep your records accurate.
Updated List Views
We've made further enhancements behind the scenes to additional list views. The list views that were updated are Part Requests, Jobs, and the Employee lists. These updates should result in faster load times.
Cost Update for QuickBooks Online Users
For QuickBooks Online users, the Cost on the Items screen will now be the same Cost that is used on invoices.
Mobile Updates
All mobile updates are expected to be released the week of March 1st. Watch out for our update in the app store to ensure you receive these improvements.
