Priority Colors on the Dispatch Board

With this release, priority colors now fill the entire work order tile, making them stand out. The Dispatch Board and mobile assignment list will take on your selected colors automatically, so there won't be any additional work required on your end to see the new layout.

New Work Order Status Icons

We've updated the work order status icons with new icons. Check out the new icon legend below to see what they indicate.


New Part Request Design

We've continued to improve and streamline workflows within FieldEdge and with this release, we focused on improving the UI when creating or editing a Part Request. You'll now have the ability to change the status of a part request directly from the purchasing micro-dashboard within a work order. Along with being able to complete all related actions in the newly designed Part Request pop-up.

FieldEdge Status Page

As we continue to increase our stability and performance, it's our priority to keep transparency at the forefront. With this release, we now have a dedicated status page to help you stay informed. This page will not replace the status notification emails you receive today but will be available as another resource for you to reference.

Premier Feature Enhancement: Advanced Reporting

We've added new formatting changes and updates to available information in an effort to make reports more relevant and easier to read. Some of the new updates include appropriate alignment for quantities and amounts, additional sorting options, and the replacement of technical values such as 1/0 or true/false with more user-friendly language.

Extending Expense Numbers

To accommodate all of our accounting systems, the character limit for creating expense numbers in FieldEdge has been extended from 10 to 16.

Updated List Views

We made a few more adjustments behind the scenes to our Invoice, Quote, and Work Order list views, resulting in faster load times.

Mobile Updates

All mobile updates are expected to be released the week of February 1st. Watch out for our update in the app store to ensure you receive these improvements.
