Error completing dispatch "":Customer not linked to QuickBooks

Cause

A customer was created but not synced to QuickBooks. This alert is a result of a work order having been created for this customer and it had no where to populate in QuickBooks.

Resolution

Open the record being posted to QuickBooks or Open the Customer associated with the record and re-save. Verify in QuickBooks that the record now exists and retry the alert or re-save the customer record.
