Part Request Enhancements

We have begun streamlining the Part Request workflow to make User interaction more comfortable, as well as more accurately reflect Cost and Profitability.

Redesigned: Dispatch Board, Work Order Details screen

With the majority of a Users time spent on the Dispatch Board, we have revamped the layout. You will now be able to see Work Order Details including, task, Promised Time, Start Date/Time, Duration, and Primary Technician. In addition, you may now view the Parent Customer's Contact Information as well as add, edit, and view the Customer's Pinned Notes.

Added: Template Padding to Advanced Layout Templates

With Advanced Templates enabled, you may now provide padding between sections and components throughout the template. This will help draw attention to the important aspects of your templates.

Added: (On Mobile) View Custom Information without a Work Order

A new Employee permission has been added which will provide Mobile Users the ability to view Customer information, their Attachments, Equipment, and History without having to create a Work Order.

Added: (On Mobile) Warehouse Item Change

A new Employee permission has been added which will allow a Mobile User the ability to change the Warehouse location of an Item. This allows Employees to retrieve the necessary number of Items while still in the field.

Added: Receive Check Payments in FieldEdge with Clearent

When recording a Payment in FieldEdge, you may now receive Check payments directly with Clearent.

Added: New Day Before Work Reminder Insert Code: Time Range

When configuring the Day Before Work Reminder template, you may now include the Scheduled Time range. This will help provide clarity to your Customers on when their technician should arrive.
