FieldEdge has added some Advanced Dispatch Filters that will help you see and filter additional information on the dispatching map. These Advanced Dispatch Filters can be used to help better determine the scheduling and routing of your technicians.
Use the following instructions to learn the function for each of the Advanced Dispatch Filters. Use multiple filters to gather more insight on your selected Unassigned, Assigned, Completed, or Backordered work orders.
Use the Task filter the map to display work orders with the selected Task(s).
Choose a date or date range for your display of work orders. The status of the work order will determine the date that is used. Unassigned will use the Promised date, Assigned will use Scheduled date, Completed will use Completed date, and Backordered will the Scheduled date if it's still assigned to a technician.
Enter the area Zip Code to select work orders in that same area.
Select any Tag(s) that might be associated with work orders to display them on the map.
Choose Clear to unselect any filters that you have selected.
Once you have filters selected, click Apply to update the map with your selection.
