Mobile Authorization allows you to designate static text that will appear on FieldEdge mobile and can be shown to Customers. The text appears when a Customer is approving work to be done and when accepting work that has been done. Additionally, this text may be signed by the Customer and printed on Invoices.

The following steps will help you find and configure your Mobile Setup. If you are looking for a description of a feature in the Mobile Setup process, check the Fields section below.
1. First, in the top right of FieldEdge, click Settings and then in the Company section choose Mobile Setup.
2. Next, provide the text you wish to display for the Authorization Text field.
3. Then, provide the text you wish to display for the Acceptance Text field.
4. When you have finished configuring the Authorization Text and Acceptance Text fields, click Save to update FieldEdge with your changes.
This text appears at the top of FieldEdge mobile after Technician has added Items to an Invoice or Quote and selected the Authorize button.
The Authorization Text is commonly used to receive consent from a Customer to perform services listed on an Invoice or Quote.
The Acceptance Text appears at the top of FieldEdge mobile after a Technician has added Items to an Invoice or Quote and has navigated to the final complete of a Work Order.
This text is commonly used to receive confirmation from a Customer that work has been performed to their satisfaction or to approve the next steps as listed on the Invoice or Quote.
