The Equipment List will allow you to view, filter, and export a list of your customers based on their associated equipment.

1. First, in the top right of FieldEdge, click Settings and then in the Equipment section, choose Equipment List.

2. Next, use the filters and list headers to establish the report you're looking for. 

3. Now, click into the desired customer, or click Export to download the filtered Equipment List.

Search

Use this field to search your equipment list. You are able to search by customer, address, name, manufacturer, or Serial #.

Filters

Use filters to narrow your Equipment List into specific results you may be looking for. For example, a list of equipment that was installed over 5 years ago. Some fields may change depending on which filter you have chosen.

Include Inactive

Click on this field to include any inactive equipment on the Equipment List.

All

This will show a list of all the active equipment that is associated with a customer.

• Note: You can include inactive equipment by combining the Include Inactive filter.

Parts Wnty

Select this filter, along with a date range, to show a list of equipment that has a Parts Warranty ending within the date range.

Labor Wnty

Select this filter, along with a date range, to show a list of equipment that has a Labor Warranty ending within the date range.

Replace

Use this filter, along with a date range, to show a list of equipment that is recommended to be replaced. 

• Note: FieldEdge uses industry standards on equipment type, to determine the recommended replacement period of equipment.

Date Range

Use this filter to determine a date range when combined with any of the above filters.

Equipment Type

Use this filter to determine specific equipment types to be shown in your equipment list results. For example, you may want to see only the equipment type of air handlers when you are searching the Equipment List.

List Headers

Use the List Headers to gather information and report on the Equipment List.

Customer

Shows the display name of the customers with equipment associated with your search results.

Address

Displays the service address of the customer with equipment associated with your search results.

Equip. Name

Displays the equipment name associated with your search results.

Manufacturer

Lists the manufacturer of each piece of equipment associated with your search results.

Model

Shows the model number of each piece of equipment associated with your search results.

Equipment Type

Displays the equipment type of each piece of equipment associated with your search results.

Install

Displays the date that each piece of equipment was installed.

Parts Warranty

Lists the expiration date for this equipments Parts Warranty.

Labor Warranty

Lists the expiration date for this equipments Labor Warranty.

Clicking this field will download the filtered Equipment List into an editable csv(excel) file.
