You can designate the importance level of a particular Work Order based on color and/or by a term.
This can be useful for an at-a-glance understanding of rank or arrangement of your Work Orders.
Detailed Step
1. In FieldEdge, click on Settings and then select Dispatch Priority under the Work Order section.
2. From the Dispatch Priority screen, click on Add Dispatch Priority.
3. Next, click into the Name field and provide an identification for the priority.
Optional: Click into the Color box to designate a visual representation for the priority.
4. Lastly, click Create to save the new Dispatch Priority.
