Overview
Board Configuration will determine how long your dispatch board will display on the shift view, along with what should display on the 2nd line of your work orders that have been scheduled.
Instruction
1. First, in the top right of FieldEdge, click Settings and then in the Work Orders section choose Board Configuration.
2. Next, provide a Start Time that will be used as the starting point of your dispatch boards shift view.
3. Then, enter an End Time that will be used as the endpoint of your dispatch boards shift view.
4. Now, choose a Line 2 Display from the dropdown box, that you wish to display on your scheduled work orders.
5. When you have finished editing your Board Configuration, click Save to update FieldEdge with your changes.
Fields
Start Time
This field will determine what Start Time will show on your dispatch board's shift view. This is typically used to show the start of your standard workday.

Note: You also have a Full Day and Week view on your dispatch board. For example, setting a start time of 7 am will not hinder you from scheduling a work order prior to 7 am. This a strictly a display setting.
End Time
This field will determine what End Time will show on your dispatch board's shift view. This is typically used to show the end of your standard workday.
- Note: You also have a Full Day and Week view on your dispatch board. For example, setting an end time of 6 pm will not hinder you from scheduling a work order after 6 pm. This is strictly a display setting.
Line 2 Display
Use this setting to determine what should show on the 2nd line of your work orders, when they are scheduled on the Dispatch Board. Line 1 will always show the customer's name, while line 2 can show Address, CityState, Department or ZipCode.
Cancel
Click this button if you would like to go to the previous screen without recording any of the changes you may have made on this screen.
Save
Click this button to update FieldEdge with the changes you may have made on this screen.
