We encourage all our customers to access our support Chat function from the link on the bottom of the ESC dashboard or through our ESC online Knowledge Base as your primary contact method, as response times might be quicker.
In addition, we have made the decision to temporarily halt all business-related travel to limit potential exposure and risks. We will continue to closely monitor ongoing developments, and will reevaluate this decision once we are confident that the situation has greatly improved.
