Now, you can include that extra note about the phone call that you just had with the customer, or a gentle reminder with acknowledgement of a customer's long-time loyalty when you follow-up on that invoice. With the email "Preview" ability, FieldEdge allows you to customize the subject and body of an email message when sending an invoice or quote from the office
1. In FieldEdge, select Invoices.
2. From the list, search for and select your invoice.
3. In the Customer block, select the Print/Email Invoice button.
4. On the Print/Email Invoice screen, select Preview Email in the lower right corner of the window.

1. more emails: selecting an email in this box will populate the recipient in the To field.
2. Subject: Text represents what your customer will see as the subject line of the email.
3. Toolbar: A collection of options enabling greater control over the appearance of your email. Hovering your mouse cursor over a particular feature will identify the intended use.
4. Body: Here you will compose the email that a customer will read.
5. Cancel: Will undo any changes made to the email and return to the previous screen.
6. Send: Selecting this will deliver the email to the customer.
