This alert is notifying you that there is a duplicate chart of account present in your Chart of Accounts list.

"Cannot insert duplicate key row in object" is telling you there's a duplicate.

The account referenced after "Error syncing account," is referencing the duplicate account.

1. Search your Chart of Accounts and find the duplicates.

2. Add a symbol to the end or change the name of one of these account and then Retry the alert.
