Overview

With this release, we're addressing live defects and potential issues impacting the FieldEdge Mobile application. You'll find fixes to the mobile pricebook searching feature, equipment history sorting, invoice description text, and more. We know this update will bring a more stable and consistent workflow for FieldEdge Mobile users.

Android Updates

The following is a list of defects and issues addressed with this release. These updates are for the Android version of the FieldEdge Mobile application.

• Fixed an issue that was causing the Equipment History to be sorted only by Month/Day and not considering the year.
• Fixed an issue where the rate on sub-items of an assembly were not being updated, when the default amount was set to zero.
• Fixed search functionality on the mobile pricebook that was causing some users to be unable to find some items when searching the pricebook.
• Fixed an issue that was causing some sections to no longer use auto-capitalization at the beginning of sentences.
• Fixed an issue that was causing some users to lose description text when scrolling through the description body.
• We've made improvements to the multi-option quote screen. These improvements have helped address potential bugs, along with making the use of multi-option quotes more efficient for both mobile and tablet devices.
• Users should no longer see the UI become distorted when toggling on the multi-option quote function.
• Fixed an issue that would cause some users to be unable to scroll through assembly sub-items.
• Fixed an issue for some users who were unable to select a technician from the radio button, when trying to schedule a work order in the supervisor mode of the mobile application.
• Fixed an issue that would stop some users from not being able to top on or utilize tags.
• Fixed an issue that would stop some fields from being editable, after a new piece of equipment had been added.
• Mutli-option quotes should no longer bring the user to the top option or page when saving or editing a multi-option quote.
• Fixed an issue that was preventing some text boxes from having the option to select and copy. 
• Fixed an issue that would sometimes cause the 'Ok' button to not be clickable when completing multi-assignment work orders.
• Fixed an issue that would cause some user's mobile applications to force close when saving a custom form.
• Fixed an issue on some mobile devices that would cause lengthy customer names to continue off-screen.
• Fixed an issue for some users that saw the cursor jump to the top of a field when typing in certain text boxes.
• Fixed an issue that would cause some users to be stuck in a download loop when updating the application from legacy search to advanced search.

iOS Updates

The following is a list of defects and issues addressed with this release. These updates are for the iOS version of the FieldEdge Mobile application.

• Fixed search functionality on the mobile pricebook that was causing some users to be unable to find some items when searching the pricebook.
• Fixed an issue that would cause some users to be stuck in a download loop when updating the application from legacy search to advanced search.
