Update Positioning of Fields on Work Orders
With our last release, we received member feedback that the Tags section now tends to blend with the background, as they were both gray. Along with Tags, other fields became difficult to see. Because of that feedback, we've updated the positioning of Tags, along with changing their respective color to dark blue. This should allow members to see important tags on work orders easily. We've also updated the positioning of some fields to provide ample space and added a hover feature on the class dropdown box. This will allow longer class names to be seen.
Added Sync Now for all QuickBooks Online Integrations
When certain records are added to QuickBooks Online, the software sends information back to FieldEdge so that lists can be synced properly. Sometimes the signal was not being received. To make sure that these lists can be synced in FieldEdge, we've added a Sync Now button in the accounting system integration settings. This will sync the lists between QuickBooks Online and FieldEdge.
Allow Multiple Report Filters to be Applied
Through feedback, we've learned that it can be frustrating to apply multiple filters to a list, as you have to wait for each filter to be applied before being able to apply the next filter. With this release, we've added the ability to add multiple filters at one time. This should allow you to receive the filtered data you're looking for more efficiently.
Prevent Expenses from Posting
Through member feedback, we've learned that some users prefer to manually enter expenses directly into their accounting system, but still want to show expenses in FieldEdge. With this release, we've added a setting to prevent expenses that have been entered in FieldEdge from posting into your accounting system. This will allow expenses to show in FieldEdge but still be entered manually in your accounting system.
Show All Resolutions on Completed Work Orders
With this change, we're allowing users to see and choose any of the resolution codes available to work orders, instead of restricting them to what the system thinks are appropriate resolutions. This should give a more open workflow when selecting a resolution on completed work orders.
