Overview

There are times when a user may forget their password or need to change the one they currently use. This article will walk you through how to reset your FieldEdge password.

Steps

Before you begin, you'll need to know the permission levels of the employee who needs a password reset. Any Admin or Manager can reset the password of an employee by following the steps below. 

  • Note: Only an admin can reset another admin's password. If you are the only admin and are locked out of your FieldEdge account, please reach out to FieldEdge Support right away.

1. Start by clicking on the Settings icon.

2. Next, choose Employee in the People section.

3. Select the employee profile that will have their password changed.

4. In the User Information section, choose the Edit button next to the employee's Login and Profile.

5. In the new window, enter the new Password and click Save.
6. Finally, click the Update button.

Repeat these steps for any additional passwords that you need to change.
