How to Add a User in FieldEdge Flat Rate Mobile

User Profiles

  • Admin can view and edit all work orders, archived work orders, and FieldEdge Flat Rate Mobile settings.
  • Office can view and edit all work orders and archived work orders, but can only see. They cannot edit FieldEdge Flat Rate Mobile settings.
  • Service Professional can only see and edit work orders and archived work orders.

Quick steps

  • From the home screen, click 'Users.'
  • Click the + button at the top of the users list.
  • Fill in the new user's information and profile type.
  • Click 'Save.'

Detailed steps

To add a new user in FieldEdge Flat Rate Mobile, navigate to the 'Users' tab on the left-hand side of your screen.

Once you've clicked into it, it will bring you to a list of all your current FieldEdge Flat Rate Mobile users. The add button at the top of this list will bring you to the user creation screen.

Here you'll set the profile type of the new user, as well as enter their first name, last name, email address, truck number (optional), and select their User Color to be displayed along with their initials. 

When you've finished, click 'Save' to save your new user.

At this point, your new user will receive an email to set their login password. Once they have set their password, they'll be able to sign in to FieldEdge Flat Rate Mobile.
