Using Merge-It
The Merge-It add-on is used for pulling your customer lists, searching for a customer, and also merging customers. Every customer you create for a work order will show up here. To get there, go to 'Add-Ons' under the Account section on the left-hand side of your screen, then click 'Merge-It.'
Once there, click the dropdown (1) to filter your results by first name, last name, company name, and more. Type in who or what you're looking for, then (2) click 'Search'.
From your search results, you can (1) edit, (2) delete, or (3) merge the customer into another customer. You can even (4) export your customer list. The exported list will be sent to the email address listed in your user profile.
If you see the screen below when you first click into Merge-It, it means you are integrated with QuickBooks and all customer changes need to be made in the QuickBooks.
