How to Cancel FieldEdge Flat Rate Mobile

Step 1: Turning off AutoPay

Autopay purchases new work orders when your balance has depleted. To cancel your FieldEdge Flat Rate service, you'll need to turn it off. 

• Click on 'Work Order Balance.'
• Select 'Turn AutoPay Off.'

Step 2: Unsubscribe from your add-ons

Add-ons are billed separately from your work order purchases, so they'll need to be disabled as well.

• Click 'Subscriptions.'
• Click into each of your paid add-on subscriptions (QBD, QBO, Google Calendar) to deactivate them.

Step 3: Stop using FieldEdge Flat Rate Mobile

FieldEdge Flat Rate Mobile is a pay-as-you-go service, so once you've disabled autopay for your work orders and unsubscribed from your paid add-ons, you're all done! Simply stop using the service until you're ready to begin purchasing new work orders.
